Superior Shores Resort Two Harbors, Two Harbors

We had a pleasant stay at Burlington Bay, enjoying the nice, peaceful property and clean rooms. The views of the lake were beautiful, and the bonfire pit was a lovely touch. However, the pool area was very disappointing, with most facilities either broken or out of service, which was a major downside to our experience.

While the hotel has several charming aspects, my stay at Superior Shores was marred by significant issues. The construction made parts of the building less appealing, and the lack of a restaurant was disappointing. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities, but it was in need of some serious updates and repairs. Overall, although we enjoyed some moments during our stay, the lack of service and available amenities really put a damper on the experience.

My stay at Burlington Bay was quite disappointing due to significant service issues, especially with the check-in process.
